Job summary

Costa Coffee in Kidderminster is hiring a Store Assistant / Barista. You’ll greet customers, craft great coffee and deliver an energising service that keeps guests coming back. Flexible shifts help you balance work with life while contributing to a busy store.

You’ll master the menu, keep the counter and seating area welcoming, and work with the team to run smooth shifts. We value warmth, reliability and a positive attitude, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
