Head Barista / Part-Time Barista, London

Rates negotiable. We currently have vacancies at two branches in East London and Ilford.

Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently craft and serve high-quality beverages to exceed customer expectations, including latte art.
2. Engage with customers to understand their preferences and answer questions.
3. Build relationships with customers, turning them into regulars and friends.
4. Take orders and payments at the till, fulfilling orders including food and drinks.
5. Prepare all drinks and assist the kitchen with food orders when possible.
6. Contribute to a happy team environment and support community events.
7. Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
8. Keep the shop clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• Salary: £9.50 – £12.55 hourly
