Job description

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday: Full-time (Days)
• Saturday and Sunday: flexible or as specified

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing blended drinks and serving high-quality food
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
• Processing payments (cash and card)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and communicator
• Managing stock of mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing, beverage blends, and food presentation
• Checking and reporting on brewing equipment
• Representing CH&CO positively
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations
