Job summary

CH&CO is recruiting a driven Barista to create beautifully crafted drinks for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers, with opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people and rewards dedication.

Based in Greater London, you will work as part of a friendly team, maintain a clean bar area, handle payments, learn brewing methods, and uphold food hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare blended drinks and serve high-quality food items.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Receive and process payments (cash and cards).

• Check equipment operation and report maintenance needs.

As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. Here’s What You Need To Know Before Applying

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
