We use the Silm Jim espresso machine and Makhlonig E65 and E80 grinders.

Responsibilities

• Minimum one year of experience in the specialty coffee industry
• Ability to dial in espresso and filter coffee
• Proficiency in pouring consistent latte art
• Maintain high-quality standards in all preparations
• Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in engaging with customers
• Considerate, kind, and communicative with team members
• Work efficiently and calmly during busy periods, while proactively seeking tasks during quieter times
• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean cafe environment

About You

You should have a thorough understanding of coffee, from the science of dialing in to the art of latte pouring. Experience in fast-paced environments and the ability to stay composed and efficient during peak times are essential.
