The Restaurant Group Ltd is recruiting for a Barista to join our diverse hospitality teams. You will craft beverages with care, present visually appealing drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cafe, bar, or fast-paced hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to variable shifts and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high quality drinks with attention to presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock on the bar and prep areas.
• Contribute to menu ideas and improving drink offerings.

What we're looking for

• Although not necessary, previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
