Premier Work Support is proud to be recruiting a temporary to permanent Barista for a prestigious establishment based in Knutsford.

Role Purpose:

Being an experienced host involves showcasing your knowledge and skills by delivering live experiences and demonstrations in front of customers. You will be a natural performer with flair and enjoy being the centre of attention.

You will engage with customers through conversation while setting up and preparing live food and drink experiences around the campus for them to enjoy. Your role will include being a mixologist, barista, popup server, room host, and more! You should be passionate about the service and experiences you deliver, as well as about providing excellent food and drink.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the food and drink offer is the first choice for customers seeking refreshment and fuel.
2. Receive, process, prepare, and deliver food and drink orders and experiences.
3. Keep service and back-of-house areas clean and safe.
4. Deliver an experience, not just a service. Be an entertainer!
5. Know the menu inside out and be able to make informed recommendations.
6. Pre-empt customer needs and create meaningful, memorable service moments.
7. Adhere to all company and statutory health & safety, hygiene, and fire regulations at all times.
8. Maintain personal and general cleanliness and hygiene standards according to regulations.
9. Wear the correct dress or uniform at all times.
10. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout your shift.

Working days are Monday to Thursday, with hours varying between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
