Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift, delivering an energising customer experience and mastering our menu.

You’ll keep the store welcoming and clean, work collaboratively with a friendly team, and contribute to a positive cafe environment. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay (£13.12–£14.12 per hour, location dependent), 50% discount on food and drink in Costa-owned stores, and a strong benefits package including pension matching.
