Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Barista to bring energy and warmth to every shift in our Colchester location. You’ll serve great coffee, master the menu, and keep the store welcoming and efficient.

The role offers flexible shifts with paid hourly wages between £13.12 and £14.12, plus benefits and a supportive team environment. Costa Coffee is committed to diversity and helping communities through the Costa Foundation.
