Overview

We are now looking for talented and passionate Baristas for our Highgate location. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Dial in grinders
• Steam milk to a high-quality micro-foam consistency and produce consistent foam levels for a wide menu of drinks
• Produce banging latte art
• Think on your feet, be friendly, proactive and show initiative
• Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• UK settled, or pre-settled status granted
• Be able to dial in grinders
• Be able to steam milk to a high-quality micro-foam consistency and produce consistent foam levels for a wide menu of drinks
• Be able to produce latte art
• Experience in the speciality coffee industry or desire to expand skills and challenge themselves
• Excellent customer service skills
• Languages: English – Advanced
• Employment: Full-time
• Experience: Required
• Salary: £12.21 – £14.50 hourly
• Benefits: The rates depend on experience
