We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers while delivering exceptional customer service. Your knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, attention to detail, and ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere will contribute to an enjoyable coffee experience for our customers and members.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences and our menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area according to established guidelines and ensure all supplies are well-stocked.
  • Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments.
  • Engage with customers, build rapport, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new coffee blends, and brewing techniques.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of coffee varieties and flavour profiles.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
