We are looking for a Barista to join the glamour of InterContinental Life at our InterContinental Edinburgh The George Hotel on a 24-hour per week contract.

As a Barista, your main duties will include ensuring high-quality guest experiences through making a wide range of coffees and hot drinks, interacting with guests, and assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service.

We are looking for someone who has…

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar, Cafe, or Hotel as a Barista or Coffee Maker
• Knowledge of making various coffees and working with different dietary requirements and preferences
• A passion for providing luxury experiences and going above and beyond to personalise guest stays, using local knowledge to enhance their experience
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team with guests as our focus
