Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Barista in Cardiff for a part-time role (16 hours per week). You will craft drinks, deliver friendly service, and support food preparation while maintaining high hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate communicates well, has customer service experience, and can work under pressure during busy shifts. You will learn brewing methods and ensure equipment is maintained, representing Defence and upholding the brand image.

• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
