Job summary

Baxterstorey in Bridgnorth is seeking a friendly Cafe Barista for a 30-hour contract at £12.71 per hour. You will set up the coffee bar and assist with service, ensuring clean as you go and accurate labels.

You will work as part of a team, provide excellent customer service, handle tills following Baxterstorey cash procedures, restock stock, and contribute to food safety and inventory accuracy on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and a people person.
• Good listening and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• To help set up the coffee bar, ready for each service.
• To help with clearing and general cleaning duties.
• To check and put away food & beverage after service.
• To ensure wastage forms are completed.
• To restock the fridge for the next day.
