Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Assistant / Barista in Accrington to deliver great coffee and a warm customer experience. You’ll learn our menu, craft beverages to standard, and help keep the store welcoming, clean and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a fast-paced cafe.
• Friendly and welcoming personality.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and prepare coffee to Costa standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Operate POS and handle cash safely.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.
