Job summary

Costa Coffee in Kettering is seeking a Store Assistant / Barista to join our team at the Kettering Business Park location. You will craft great coffee, deliver a welcoming customer experience and work across shifts, supporting the store’s smooth operation.

You’ll learn our menu, uphold high standards, maintain a clean store, and collaborate with colleagues to make the store the best it can be. Flexible shifts are available to fit your needs.
