As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead a pivotal function within our Customer Success organization. You will act as the liaison for clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure communication and alignment. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships and enabling cross-functional synergies that drive improvements for new and existing operational processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centres and cloud computing, familiarity with RMA processes and server operations, and demonstrated experience in client-facing support. A strong record of success in cross-functional project management is a must.

The base pay for this position ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
