Estelle Manor is seeking a Barback to join our Bars team. The on target earning potential for this role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40 hour contract, comprising a base salary of £25,460.86 plus ~£4,000 in gratuities and service charge. The role is paid hourly and this is a projected salary and OTE.

You will assist with the smooth running of the bars across the hotel, handle mise en place, open/close duties, and ensure the bar team has what it needs to meet guest expectations on shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage service or bartending.
• Strong communication with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt on shift.

Responsabilités

• Assist with smooth running of the bars throughout the hotel.
• Prepare mise en place for the bars and open/close them.
• Pre-empt the bartenders' needs and clear used dishes and glasses.
