Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a Barback to join our welcoming team at one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands. You’ll help ensure smooth service by assisting bartenders, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and delivering a friendly guest experience in a fast-paced environment across our venues.

You will also support stock taking and ordering supplies, help maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar, and contribute to The Ivy’s high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working behind a bar is preferred.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
