Job summary

Dirty Martini Marketing Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly, part-time Bar Assistant to join our vibrant venues. You will help restock, clean, and support bartenders during busy nights to keep service smooth and enjoyable for guests.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Clean and maintain bar surfaces, glasses, and utensils; keep area tidy and sanitary.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during peak business hours.
• Cut fruits and prepare garnishes for drinks.
• Organize and maintain bar storage areas; ensure easy access to supplies for bartenders.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly assisting customers and directing them to bartenders or servers when necessary.
• Monitor and communicate low inventory levels to the bar manager for timely restocking.
• Collaborate with the bar team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
