Job description

We are looking for a Barback to join the team at BFI Riverfront in Southbank, a Thames-side restaurant, bar and terrace with spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames – the hottest spot on the Southbank!

Full time position, 5 days a week

About the Barback role:

• ensuring the bar runs smoothly by restocking supplies
• maintaining cleanliness behind the bar.
• focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks—like refilling ice, garnishes, and liquor—allowing bartenders to focus on serving customers

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
