Be At One Birmingham is hiring a Barback to support high-energy nights with guest-focused service and a commitment to a clean, well-organised bar. You will play a key role in delivering a memorable night for guests while learning front-line bartending standards and routines.

No prior experience is required; you just need to be reliable, approachable and ready to contribute to a vibrant team. Be At One Birmingham offers a central, lively venue and ongoing training to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• No experience required for Barback; guest-focused approach is key.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Be At One standards.
• Ability to contribute to a clean, safe bar environment.

We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback, you just need to be guest focussed and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out for our guests something to remember.
