Be At One in London’s Regent Street is seeking a Barback to join our energetic team. You’ll help keep the bar area organized and welcoming, greet guests, and contribute to a clean and safe environment while supporting bartenders during busy periods.

No experience required—just a guest-focused attitude and a passion for great drinks. Our bars are known for theatre, pace, and a friendly, inclusive vibe, with ongoing training to develop your skills and pace in a fast-paced nightlife setting.

We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback, you just need to be guest focussed and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out for our guests something to remember.
