Be At One Newcastle, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking Barbacks to join our busy venue near Newcastle station. You don't need any previous experience; you will greet guests, keep the bar organized, and contribute to a safe, clean environment while delivering great service.

As a Party Starter, you'll learn cocktails and bartending standards, work with the team to create a memorable night out, and enjoy flexible hours, staff discounts, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior bar experience required.

The Opportunity

We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One. You don't need any experience to become a Barback, you just need to be guest focussed and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out for our guests something to remember.
