Job summary

The Zetter Group in London is seeking an attentive Operational Support team member for our boutique bars. You will restock spirits, wines, garnishes, and ice wells, prepare back-bar displays, and assist bartenders with prep during busy service—always keeping a calm, professional presence.

You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene across bar areas, manage stock rotation, check dates, and report issues promptly. You’ll work closely with bartenders and floor staff to keep service flowing smoothly.
