Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe, including in France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy.

Your Mission:

• Be part of the Big Mamma Bar team.
• Clean glasses and maintain stock during service.
• Open and close the bar, completing necessary prep.
• Respect health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Provide excellent customer experience and embody Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Your Skills:

• Big smile and passion for Italian food.
• Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous bar experience in a busy environment is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
