Job summary

Din Tai Fung UK is hiring a Barback / Bar Assistant for our Central London locations (Covent Garden, Centre Point, Selfridges, Canary Wharf). You will support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, greet guests, and help deliver fast, friendly service in a busy environment.

Who You Are

We are looking for a Barback / Bar Assistant who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and thrives in a dynamic and busy environment. Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Barback, Bar Assistant or front-of-house role in a fast-paced bar, restaurant or hospitality environment, although we are happy to train enthusiastic newcomers!
• A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences
• The ability to stay calm, composed, and adaptable under pressure, while maintaining efficient service and ensuring smooth operations in a busy and high-energy setting
• A keen interest in building a career in hospitality, with a strong passion for learning and developing your skills
• Flexible availability to work full time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with shifts that may run as late as 11:30 PM
