The Opportunity

We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be at One Liverpool Victoria. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback, you just need to be guest focussed and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out for our guests something to remember.

• Greet each guest in a way that feels natural and welcoming to you
• Keep the bar area organised and visually appealing
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for everyone
• Collaborate with the team to continually enhance bartending practices and standards
