We’re looking for a Barback to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London. The award-winning Blues Kitchen is one of London’s most iconic venues. Known for its Southern-inspired interiors, legendary late-night energy and world-class live music, it’s a place where great food, strong drinks and incredible performances come together every night of the week. What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting bartenders so the bar runs smoothly during service.
• Restocking fridges, glassware, ice and bar supplies throughout the shift.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service.
• Working quickly and efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Supporting the team to maintain a great atmosphere behind the bar.

What To Expect

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71–£13.21 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
