Job summary

The Blues Kitchen London is seeking a confident Bar Supervisor to support the management team and drive the bar during busy services. You’ll lead the bar team, maintain high drink standards and ensure excellent guest experiences in a lively all-day venue.

With strong cocktail knowledge and superb communication, you’ll inspire a positive, high-energy bar culture and help develop junior staff through the Columbo Group’s facilities.

The Blues Kitchen is a lively restaurant, bar and live music venue known for its cocktails, all-American comfort food and incredible live performances. Across our London venues we welcome thousands of guests every week for dinner, drinks and live music.

Weâre looking for someone confident behind the bar who can support the management team and help lead the bar team during busy services.
