Job summary

Loungers, via Soffio Lounge, is hiring Front of House Team Members. You’ll join a friendly bar & waiting team delivering warm hospitality and great service in a growing group with 300+ sites. Flexible shifts, tips, and a free meal on every shift help you balance life and work as you learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced café bar environment.
• Able to welcome customers warmly and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide warm, genuine hospitality from entry.
• Serve food to a high standard and ensure dishes land well.
• Prepare and serve drinks to specification, coffees and cocktails.
• Keep the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout shifts.
• Handle payments accurately and answer allergen questions confidently.
