Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Brasco Lounge, a local café bar. You will welcome customers, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests leave happy with warm hospitality.

No experience is required — we’ll teach you. We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, with flexible hours to fit around your life.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
