Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd in Broxbourne is seeking a Bar & Waiting Team Member to join our long‑standing family business. This part‑time role offers competitive hourly pay (£8.95–£12.76 depending on age and experience) and real development opportunities within our growing Classic Pubs concept.

You will deliver outstanding guest service, serve drinks and food, help set up and close down, and keep areas clean while contributing to a warm, welcoming pub atmosphere during busy service times.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Excellent communication and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times.
• Serve drinks and food to guests in a warm, friendly manner.
