McMullen’s Chicken & Grill pubs is looking for a Bar & Waiting Team Member to deliver attentive, full table service and create a memorable family dining experience. You will be part of a long-established, family-run business that values its people and offers training, progression, and a range of staff benefits.

Role involves serving drinks and food, preparing the bar and floor areas, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Competitive pay with various age-related rates is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or waiting staff is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
