Chef & Brewer, a collection of country-style pubs across the UK, is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff. You’ll pour pints, serve food and offer friendly recommendations to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks to meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine with us.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Pour drinks and recommend to customers to enhance their visit.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food in a timely, friendly manner.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety, including allergen controls and sanitisation.
• Support team with smooth service during busy periods.
