Hungry Horse is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable moments for customers, from pouring pints to recommending drinks. Join a fun, inclusive team, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

You’ll be part of a busy pub environment, contributing to welcoming service and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. Experience isn’t essential, and we value a positive, can-do attitude and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour drinks to customer specifications and maintain speed of service.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food alongside bar duties.
• Ensure accuracy and high standards of presentation for all drinks.
