Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable experiences for customers in our busy pubs across the UK. You’ll pour pints, take orders and help serve food, all while keeping a warm, welcoming atmosphere and following safety and allergen guidelines.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour pints and assist in serving drinks to customers.
• Recommend drinks and upsell where appropriate.
• Greet customers, take food orders and ensure they are looked after.
• Keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant with allergen controls.
