Greene King pubs are seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to help create unforgettable moments for customers, whether pouring a pint or recommending drinks. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

You’ll greet and serve customers, support dining guests, keep the bar safe and clean, and ensure service meets high standards. A warm welcome and excellent service are at the heart of this role.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail; ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for giving great service and warm welcome.
• Positive can-do attitude and team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean; handle issues quickly and safely.
