Hungry Horse is seeking friendly Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable experiences for guests at our Hereford location. You’ll pour drinks, make recommendations, and help seat and serve customers in a busy, welcoming pub environment.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks to meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers while they dine with us.

Responsibilities

• Pour and serve drinks to high standards, ensuring accuracy and pace.
• Suggest drinks and upsell to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe bar area and comply with safety and allergen controls.
