Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to deliver memorable customer experiences across our pubs. You will be the go-to person behind the bar, recommending drinks and taking care of guests with a warm welcome and a can-do attitude.

You will prepare and present drinks to spec, assist with greeting and serving meals, and ensure the bar remains safe, compliant and clean at all times, while providing great service across teams.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail; ensure pours are accurate.
• Passion for giving great service and warm welcomes.
• Positive can-do attitude and team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
