Job summary

Greene King Inns is seeking a Bar & Waiting Staff member to help create memorable experiences for guests, whether pouring a pint or recommending drinks. You will join a fun, inclusive team and have opportunities to grow and develop your skills within our well-known brands.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, ensure high standards of service, and work alongside colleagues to deliver exceptional hospitality in a busy pub setting.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
