Job summary

Greene King is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to help create memorable moments for customers in our welcoming pubs. You’ll pour pints, recommend drinks, and contribute to a team-focused atmosphere where guests feel cared for.

You’ll join a supportive, inclusive team, with opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and progress within Greene King’s well-known brand family. This role requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences by pouring drinks and taking orders with a smile.
• Recommend drinks and help customers choose the perfect offering.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of drinks, from recipe to presentation.
• Assist in seating and serving guests while they dine with us.
