Job Description:

Dakota Hotels Newcastle are seeking an outgoing individual with waiting experience for the role of Bar Waiter / Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Working predominantly evening shifts, this role is ideal for individuals with daytime commitments.

CONTRACT AND PAY RATE

Earnings are up to £13.21 per hour, based on NMW, inclusive of forecasted Tronc earnings, totaling approximately £20,997 annually.

The role offers a permanent contract of at least 35 hours per week, with shifts any 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide table service within the bar, take guest orders, and deliver food and drinks.
• Offer high levels of guest service, including personalized drink recommendations and engaging conversations.
• Coordinate with restaurant and reception teams for smooth communication.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu options and allergens to assist guests effectively.
