Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in the UK is hiring Bar Trainers and aspiring bartenders to join a playful, passionate bar team. Earn up to £16.21 per hour including Tip Jar, with opportunities to develop through The Hickory's Academy and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Experience behind a bar or as a barback is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the UK and at least 18 years old.
• Willing to train and develop at Hickory's Academy.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks that complement Hickory's BBQ menu.
• Provide friendly, high-energy customer service.
• Maintain bar standards and cleanliness throughout shifts.
