Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Crewe is seeking a Bar Trainer to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional service. You’ll be part of a playful, passionate brand where drinks are a focal point and creativity is encouraged.

We offer a package up to £16.21 per hour including Tip Jar, with plenty of training through The Hickory’s Academy and opportunities to grow within the business. 18+ and legal right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing friendly, efficient bar service.
• Knowledge of cocktails and bar procedures preferred.
• Able to learn Hickory’s Academy training and progression pathways.

Responsibilities

• Support bar team in high-volume service and maintain quality standards.
• Contribute to training and coaching efforts for new team members.
