Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in the United Kingdom is looking for a Bar Trainer to join our lively bar team. You’ll help develop skills, mentor bartenders and barbacks, and ensure bold, confident service that matches our BBQ menus.

We offer a competitive hourly rate up to £16.21 including Tip Jar, plus Academy-led training, staff meals on shift, paid time off for life events, team discounts and wellbeing support.
