Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Chester is seeking a Bar Tender on an occasional, casual basis. You will mix drinks, deliver excellent service, and help maintain a warm guest experience in a bustling hotel bar environment.

Responsibilities include mastering cocktails, handling payments, keeping the bar clean, and assisting the Food & Beverage team as needed. English proficiency required to communicate with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience focused on customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Craft beverages following policy and licensing laws, and upsell options.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Handle transactions and guest accounts according to procedures.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare for shifts using department checklists and maintain operational readiness.
• Rotate and display bar stock and ensure products are served in good condition.
• Follow Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support Food & Beverage team with additional duties as needed.
