The What...

As our Bar Team Member, you’ll ensure customers receive excellent service and well-served drinks. You’ll keep the bar area clean and stocked. The environment is fast-paced and fun, so enthusiasm and energy are key. You may also work in the kitchen. We provide thorough induction and ongoing training to support your success and career growth, including access to apprenticeship and management training programmes.

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight, with peak times in evenings, weekends, and school holidays. Typical shifts include:

• Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
• Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
• Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
• Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre, and will be confirmed at interview.

To be a successful Bar Team Member, you should have:

• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
• High energy and the ability to work quickly
• A friendly, supportive team spirit
• Flexibility with working hours and shifts
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
