The Bristol Pear, part of the Stonegate Group, is recruiting a Bar Team Member in Selly Oak. No prior experience is required as full training and support are provided. You’ll enjoy working with a team to deliver great guest experiences across a lively pub setting.

We value friendly, welcoming service and offer opportunities to share recommendations while keeping the venue clean and safe for everyone to enjoy.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. The Bristol Pear is located in the heart of Selly Oak on the Bristol Road. We're next door to Selly Oak train station, as well as being served by excellent bus routes. We have a large student clientele with a famed weekly offering from our regular quiz nights, legendary Wing Wednesdays, and hugely popular Karaoke nights. We're a pub that does it all!
