Social Pub And Kitchen's Bristol Pear, part of Stonegate Group, is hiring for a Bar Team Member. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to help you thrive in a fast-paced pub environment.

You’ll join a team that loves great beer, cocktails, and sport, while ensuring welcoming service and a safe, clean space for guests across busy evenings, weekends, and events at Bristol Pear. 18+ only, knowledge of drinks a plus.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it's on, and we are the place to watch it. The Bristol Pear is located in the heart of Selly Oak on the Bristol Road. We're next door to Selly Oak train station, as well as being served by excellent bus routes. We have a large student clientele with a famed weekly offering from our regular quiz nights, legendary Wing Wednesdays, and hugely popular Karaoke nights. We're a pub that does it all!
